Hi, I am Sri Seshadri,
I am committed to helping CEOs like you scale your company and accelerate performance.
Since 2014, I have coached more than 100 leaders through one-on-one sessions and trained over 1,000 leaders across programs. Prior to starting my coaching business, I worked in senior commercial, finance and strategy roles in Fortune 100 companies including GE and Capital One. Over my corporate career my responsibilities included leading teams of up to 50 staff, managing a budget of over 600 Million USD and advising CxO’s on a range of management topics.
My current focus on CEOs of small to mid-size companies allows me to combine my business acumen with my passion for leadership development. The result? Clients who are able to achieve superior business results through increasing productivity, revenue and profitability. Clients also report significantly higher confidence, lower stress, reduced time consumed by the business and vastly improved work-life balance.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Engineering and an MBA. I have completed Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and Harvard Kennedy School’s Art and Practice of Leadership Development. I am affiliated with Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches.
